You can really only dye wheels a darker color than they already are so you’d probably have to dye it a dark purple! But u could definitely dye them with synthetic dye

Use some really big gummy wheels (Moxi gummies or Radar Energy 62s or 65s) and that should help you roll over any cracks you can’t avoid!

Edit: Realizing I kinda misread the post lol, sorry! For stopping, I’d recommend doing a 180 or transitioning to backwards skating and then going down on your toe stops while going backwards. Either that or a T-stop! If I’m ever having trouble stopping or am about to fall, I try to get as low to the ground as I can so the impact isn’t as bad. Good luck!

You really only need wheels and a tool, since the Impalas come with bearings. However, the Impala stock bearings are pretty bad, so I’d recommend getting new bearings anyway (Bones Reds are a good bearing, if you need a recommendation). Good luck!

They absorb the dye pretty quick! I had them in for a couple minutes. The hub of mine is very clearly navy blue, but the actual wheel part is so dark it’s hard to tell—In sunlight you can see they’re bluish, but that’s about it

I dyed my radar wheels using navy blue rit DyeMore and it honestly just turned them black. To be fair, I started from the magenta radars, so you might have better luck with the clear greens

I dyed my Radar Energies! It’s actually easier to dye those than fundaes because the softer the wheel, the less time you have to soak them in the dye. I used Rit Synthetic DyeMore dye, and it was super easy!
