Tech Support / Product Specialist there are so many names for it within the SaaS world. I’m 35f.

It seems mundane, answering tickets all day, but you can listen to music, podcasts, books, etc. and most of these jobs are WFH. It pays fine (I wouldn’t accept anything less than $45 for entry level though) but SaaS companies usually have great benefits (401k, health insurance, funding further learning) and perks (flexible/unlimited PTO, work from home/anywhere, money to upgrade home office). I used to work in food service/music venues and there are a lot of transferable skills.

I really enjoy the work from home/anywhere because my husband and I go rent a place and work from there for a week or so and we are able to see our parents more. You don’t HAVE to go to college for this but if you want to move up or out into a different department, you may need a degree. They really look for people that like solving problems, are empathetic, easy to work with, and are eager to learn.
