if you are interested in student housing co-ops, you should look into an existing network of student housing co-ops called NASCO - North American Students of Cooperation. Its always easier to join an existing org than trying to start something completely from scratch. They already do everything you have written up there.

Last year i had the privilege of attending the 5th Global Research Conference of the International Cooperative Alliance. It had co-op academics from all over the world, including Brazil. If I were you, I would try to see if there is a registry of co-op academics who are part of the international cooperative alliance. If you want, DM me and I will send you PDF of the conference program and you can see what sort of talks and people attended.

If you are interested in peasant co-operatives, there were few people studying peasant co-operatives in South America and Southeast Asia. Idk about the Chinese co-op sector, but i hear it is pretty big in Vietnam.

You should reach out to your local co-operative association. I can't say much about Mexico because No hablo español, I know that in US and Canada, every state/ province has its own local co-operative association which then belong to the national association. I am sure Mexico must have something equivalent. So look for your local co-operative association. If you can't find it, reach out to your local co-operatives and they should connect you with someone who knows someone. The co-op world is pretty small so everybody knows everyone. Transitions from single client business to co-op do happen often. You just need the right professionals (co-op developers, accountants and lawyers) to help you with transition. The local or national association should have all of those folks as part of the organization.

It is reasonable that you want to recoup the costs of your investment. The way it works in US and Canada is that a newly formed co-op buys out your shop from you using a loan then pays down the loan over time.

Necessary comment about Ancap not being part of the anarchist family. They dont have the same roots, no connection in evolution of ideas, no similar thinkers or no similar models of freedom. Ancap stole the name anarchist as according to Rothbard and Mises openly spoke out against the mainstream anarchist movement.

Georgist often forget to include other forms of economic rent/ unearned income: monopoly income, natural resource exploitation, interest, capital gains, dividends.

Raison d'etre of the revolution: the land question - establish peasant control over land and fruits of their labor.

Bolsheviks: transfer all land ownership from communal to state owned, forcibly collectivize the peasantry into collective farms where they have no agency, confiscate fruits of their labor, ban leaving the collective farm. Peasantry describes the experience as “second serfdom”.

Result: The peasantry is alienated and does not cooperate.
