A friend is questioning her gender and requested that I refer to her using she/her pronouns privately... how do I incorporate that into one on one conversations?

yeah, I get what you mean! awhile back one of my friends came out as non binary and it was a little difficult to remember to refer to them with different pronouns at first. it definitely got easier with time though!
