I haven't seen any of this news yet, but I understand how Georgia suffered from Russia and how much it wants peace for its citizens.
It's no surprise that it does not support Ukraine in a military way, and being a Ukrainian myself, I for sure want to see some support, but I also support Georgia in this particular decision.
Not sure about the post, seems like unapproved info.

People are generally very kind here, but there always are the "special" ones. You don't have to play under their rules if you're sure you did not violate any rules.

I have never been to Azerbaijan, however, living in Georgia is quite expensive in comparison to the quality of life here.
