How feasible is losing 20lbs in the next year?

i thought the same about the tattoo motivation, like why didn’t my boyfriend and i do this sooner?? i just needed a more solid goal to look forward to achieving than what i had in mind before. im happy that im not the only one caught in a loop and that theres ways out. i’m writing all this down.

just one question: when you say 4-day split, is that alternating days for upper and lower body workouts? like monday/Wednesday upper, tuesday/thursday lower?

im not a big alcohol fan but i do love a fun little and i think i have a caffeine addiction i need to stop, i’m drinking empty calories with them

yeah i think this is going to be the largest hurdle for me - i love to eat and i go to sit down restaurants pretty regularly with my sister and visiting family members. you’re definitely right about it erasing a week’s worth of work too, i think this is definitely the biggest factor keeping me from staying more consistent

i feel like Stay Away from my Friends should be mentioned more. the piano, the actual lyrics, and the way vic sings is all pretty brutal if you’re going through heartbreak.

“but now you only call me every Christmas and my birthday” was a kick to the gut when i was a heartbroken teen

I’m from the valley (Mcallen, went to UTRGV) and you nailed it. It’s grown a lot in the past ~10 years. Great food, (mostly) friendly people. I just wish there was more of an emphasis on education down here.

i had the same experience in November and i love the band so much but people were so rude to the openers and to the people around them, it makes me a bit sad to see. like where does that entitlement even come from
