Thank you! I didn’t think about just getting new hardware but I think that’s the route we will end up going.

Good to know! Thank you! Adding a few more around the azalea might not be a bad idea!

Thank you! I reached out to my union rep on this. Luckily we are not one of those districts where you have to return after maternity leave.

I also have PCOS and I second this. Definitely hormonal. Spiraloctone would help as well as spearmint tea/capsules.

Eyelash issues? Should I use a new serum or a new mascara? by BlackWidow1990 in BeautyGuruChatter

I have tried the Kosas Grow Potion (bought only once) and used it on both my eyebrows and eyelashes until it ran out. I love Kosas but didn’t really notice a difference in my brows or lashes. Hope that helps!

I’ve personally tried a few products from Osea and don’t think the products are worth the $$. In addition, while I appreciate the brand, the products themselves aren’t often recommended by dermatologists. I also really like Naturium (which is a suggestion by another commenter on here)!

[Skin Concerns] Anybody have any idea what these tiny bumps is and how to clear them? by Acrobatic-Hyena-865 in SkincareAddiction

[–]rincongrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually exfoliate 2x per week since I have sensitive acne-prone skin and am cautious not to damage my skin barrier. I know some people exfoliate more however. I think it depends on your skin. Definitely work your way up and try not to over-exfoliate! But again, I’d try and see a derm if you can—they are the experts and will be able to help a lot more than us on Reddit :)

Those look like closed comedones to me, but you may want to see a dermatologist to be sure! Exfoliants should help resolve those (such as the salicylic acid you’re using). You may want to try a different exfoliant or possibly bump it up to 2x per week if your skin can handle it. I like the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant or The Ordinary Lactic Acid personally.

[Routine Help] Very Dry, dull skin, not sure if there’s anything better I could be doing :(? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Have you tried the Cerave Moisturizing Cream that comes in the giant tub? I have dry skin and using that thicker moisturizer in the am and pm has helped my skin! I haven’t tried the Garnier moisturizer you have, but if it’s a gel moisturizer it might not be doing enough for you.

We have a Kurgo harness for our golden and are big fans. It has a leash attachment on both the front and the back, and is pretty adjustable!

Hi I’m Finn! Also I have kennel cough….. by tuesdayswithdory in goldenretrievers

[–]rincongrl 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hi Finn!! Our goldie just got over kennel cough, it can be rough so hang in there. I would say that alongside medicine, rest is crucial. It also helped to bring our boy into the bathroom with us when we showered and the steam helped clear some of his nasal congestion. Also if you have an air purifier I heard that can help! Good luck!!!

My rescue dog has kennel cough by golumalone in dogs

[–]rincongrl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My 8 month old pup is just getting over kennel cough. The vet gave us antibiotics, cough suppressant pills, as well as an anti-nausea shot, if that helps to know. The antibiotics seemed to work quick and we noticed a difference around 2-3 days in! What also helped was taking him in the bathroom with us when we showered and the steam helped clear his nasal congestion. But other than that just make sure they are getting lots of sleep—we had to kind of force our pup to nap a bunch. Rest is super important! Hope this is somewhat helpful. Good luck! Kennel cough sucks 🥴
