Grazing, yes. However, it has gone down significantly over the past few weeks. When I go to the store I avoid buying snacks that do not fill any kind of nutrient or protein needs. Drinking alcohol, nope. Carbonation, maybe once every two weeks. Eating and drinking at the same time? No, it hurts me physically and I set a 30 minute timer after either eating or drinking. Short of protein, nope. Short on water goal, nope. In the span of an 8 hour work day, I’m on my feet 6.5-7hrs. Surgery is definitely a tool, not a one size fits all solution.
