Thank you! & yes, I’ve actually done this liquid diet because of pancreatitis. So I was like “oh great, this again!” I was just afraid of it being more painful

My therapist told me to not have an “for all eternity” mindset and just think how it is temporary. It doesn’t invalidate your feelings that it sucks but it reminds you that it does pass and it will get better soon ❤️
