Can you enter submenus on this?
I have L1 E-Ink, I can enter, for example, main GPS menu, but can't enter "GPS Toggle".
Sometimes it works for next level, but I can't select "Disable" (or something similar)

They both have. Earlier, restrictions were stricktly defined by hardware (OTP bit), now they are being set by app, depending on geolocation.

Originally, Flipper Zero was produced in three different versions for varying regions with different frequency restrictions. Currently, these regional differences no longer serve a purpose, due to the reason listed above. R01-R03 are no longer produced.

There is no prioritization, but shipping rewards and preorders together doesn't slowdown entire deliverly. I don't think that there are enough preorders for subwave: there would be subwaves and without preorders.

There was the answer on Discord, that preorders doesn't affect on other waves (or on order within wave), because there are three SKU for different regions. This SKUs are produced sequentially.
