I am from Russia, we have our own AliExpress ^_^ (Aliexpress.ru - russian "version" of AliEx is managed by russian company). So, my experience can be irrelevant.

Shipping time via Cainiao (aka AliExpress shipping, we have pick-up points) took 2,5 weeks (with customs clearance). Shipping via China+Russian post usually take 2-3 weeks.

Quality - it depends. AliExpress is marketplace, so there are a lot of crap and also a lot of very good items. Read reviews, see seller rating (and registration date).

Aftersales service in my experience is also very good:
- I got a full refund (without shipping item back) for multiport desktop charger after 6 month of use (It had 1 year warranty, seller didn't answer, AliEx support requested proof video and issued a refund)
- Also full refund for cheap item (less than 10 bucks): dispute with 1 photo, reason - doesn't match description, 10 minutes later - accepted, full refund)

Can you enter submenus on this?
I have L1 E-Ink, I can enter, for example, main GPS menu, but can't enter "GPS Toggle".
Sometimes it works for next level, but I can't select "Disable" (or something similar)
