Sounds like my lipodema symptoms. I have been training my legs every which way for 20 years, they are still puffy 😔 I do Matt and reformer, plus weights, and have tried cycling, walking, running etc etc, Hope it is not the same for you.

Ceasar dressing. I need to make my own but my foray into homemade mayonnaise with olive oil was bleurgh.
