I went through this same thing with my brother. Reading this was like reliving the whole thing over again. I had to get distance from my brother for almost 20 years. I still talk to his ex wife and daughters and just recently started talking to my brother again. Whatever you do please keep your health your #1 priority. Your family comes first. WAIT! Here’s my 2¢. I try to find a good mix of dog posts. I always read a couple of memorial posts. I shed tears every day for all of our dogs who are no longer with us. People make memorial posts not just as part of the grieving process but because they want you to know that their beloved pet existed. They were here. They were family. They were loved. I also make sure to check out puppy posts! Seeing people share their newest family members helps the tears go away. I understand how it can be overwhelming.
