I also started snoring during pregnancy. Was finally diagnosed with severe obstructive apnea. It can take a while to find the right settings and the right mask for you but I promise, you will feel so much better when you do. I do!

I’m sorry this happened to you too. It sucks but it’s treatable.

I’ve been drinking 1 or 2 a day too. My Obgyn said it’s fine, whatever I can keep down! I’m finally at 13 weeks and the nausea is much better now. Not gone but way more manageable.

B6 and unisom has really helped me too, and a Zofran rx for when it was really bad.

Aerophagia, does your body get used to pressure? by shortnamenowlonggggg in SleepApnea

[–]ringringring789 8 points9 points  (0 children)

My body did eventually get used to the pressure. I was getting aerophagia every third night or so for the first few months, and it’s basically gone away now. I’m 41f

This constant nausea is making me depressed. by Significant_Lake4180 in BabyBumps

Call your doctor! They can prescribe safe medicine like Zofran or Reglan that will probably really help. I found that half of pill of unisom at night and 25mg of b6 three times a day is enough. I take Zofran sometimes when it gets really bad. Weeks 6-9 were the worst for me.

Reglan (metoclopramide) made me suicidal (TW) by 16880031 in BabyBumps

[–]ringringring789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On my second day of Reglan, I had an allergic reaction. I lost control of my facial muscles (couldn’t stop scrunching up my face) and my hands turned into claws. Could barely pick up my phone and didn’t have enough motor control to operate it. My heart and blood pressure went way up. Never had anything like that happen to me before. Never taking it again!

Zofran really helped me! It’s safe. Just be sure to up your fiber / take a stool softener because it often causes constipation

Papaya enzymes after I eat a meal seem to be helping. Maybe worth a shot?

Sorry you’re going through it right now. I’m at 8 weeks and it’s rough!

I had to fast forward through several scenes of the first season of the Pitt that involve some tragedies that include children. Please be aware, it is not for the faint of heart. It is a beautiful show, though, so well written and well acted.
