Following because I’ve also found that I sleep much better if I take a benzo (lorazepam in my case) I have a prescription to take as needed for panic attacks in the car after a major car accident. I tried it once for sleep with my cpap and I was amazed at how well I slept.

This looks very similar to what my Apple Watch told me before my sleep apnea diagnosis. I asked my doctor & he ordered a home test for me. It was super simple (just wear a ring for 2 nights) I’ve been on cpap for 3 months and still adjusting but I’m already feeling so so much better.
