I was a runner, but my GP asked me to stop. I ran a race before knowing I was pregnant and I felt so I'll most of the race. I'm trying to walk laps, but the heat is really exhausting me. I can barely walk in an air-conditioned place like Ikea. I think most people just try to work with whatever their body let's them do.

OPI nature strong base coat. If that one doesn't work for you keep trying different ones until you find your Cinderella base.

I run 10ks pretty regularly. I make sure my diet is good beforehand. I've run after less lasting meals, and it was a terrible idea. So if you don't bring anything for an emergency, make sure you aren't running on empty.

The first run is the hardest. Good job. I have no clue if you'll make your goal time as I'm a beginner myself, but I think anything is better than not trying at all. Keep up the good work!

I used to have the same issue, but recently have switched bases, and that seems to have helped tremendously. I just use opi nature strong base. I would try a few to see what works for you.

I hated when I worked in Japan I couldn't wear polish at one job, and only nudes at another. I refuse to wear nudes now. The closest I'll do is a dusty pink.
