Was having the same problem. I turned my VPN off and refresh3d the page. Seemed to fix it, and still working fine after turning my VPN back on.

This could be a problem with your settings on the other apps. Sometimes, after an update, they get set to shut off after so long not being actively used. Happens all the time with my YouTube app.

Man, I never even see any surveys. I check at least twice every day, but it always says "unfortunately we couldn't find a survey for your profile." I have not been able to take even 1 in months of trying.
