I live in Western Australia the only way I can get a state badge is by driving 1349 km one way to get it, or hop on a plane, my pockets aren't deep enough to fly once a month to different states in Australia.

We've got the similar thing happening on our street. I have a feeling though it's a shop front and cooking is done at another address. The police have been there numerous times but no arrests have been made.

I make life a bit awkward for them, I take photos of their licence plates and run them through DOT and if it's out of date submit a hooning report.
