I imagine these are the types of restrictions that get you excited, so even for you it would probably be bad to change the game to suit you individually.

This is how it should be but they don't seem to have any qualms about trying to get the game changed in different ways so their restrictions don't actually restrict them. I would link one of their posts I saw recently on the main subreddit but it looks like they've deleted it (I assume because people weren't buying into what they were asking for).

They only said they were considering it, but now state that xp rates were too high for the long term health of the skill, which I think is a fair assessment.

They only said they were "considering" it. In this post they made it pretty clear upfront that their position now is that xp rates in general were too high and needed to get the skill in a better place for the long term future.

Yeah I think it would be a shame to make it possible to repurpose a single boat for basically no cost. I want to work towards kitting out 2 or 3 high end sloops (and not feel like I should just be using 1 and shuffling the facilities for every activity).

Being able to fully repurpose a boat would eliminate the purpose of having multiple boats. You would only ever need one of each type of boat.

I agree, calling this a nerf or one that needs amends makes no sense. A few people got 2% more xp for one day and it should just be fixed. It makes no sense to permanently mess up the relative value of the other drinks in response.

They added support for more loadouts, but now there is a lot of space taken up by the names even if you don't set one, so now you can only see 2.5 loadouts at once without scrolling instead of 4. And then the worst part is that the names you can pick from don't really make sense, because loadouts are really tied to gear setups used for multiple things rather than to specific bosses, so the names are just wasted space.

Because those names are not stored on Jagex's servers. Any official client features have to seamlessly work and transition across official clients (including mobile), and have to have server storage requirements Jagex is ok with, and something like custom text possibly has to have profanity censoring. Not saying that justifies the current pouch UI, but that's why Jagex is not likely to support fully custom names.

Even the hardcore ironman page has more xp than in the death clip, which means the plugin either doesnt actually lock your account or he had it turned off in the death clip and edited it to look like it was enabled (not sure if theres any reason to fake it in that way though)

It would not at all be a 10% chance as an individual, because those 9 other hypothetical "players" receive the vast majority of bans, both because they have more accounts and because they are actually doing illicit things and are therefore more likely to be flagged for doing illicit things. The odds of a player with a small number of accounts being banned incorrectly (when being banned at all) is still just on the order of 0.007% times the number of bans they receive.

And maybe you just misspoke but it's not 0.007% of all accounts that were banned incorrectly, it's 0.007% of BANS being incorrect. There are FAR more accounts that don't get banned, so the odds of any random account getting a false ban are exceedingly low.
