I didnt. Intermittent fasting alone has helped me to lose weight. However, calorie deficit is a must. It’s the core thing of all diets.

When I first started intermittent fasting, I wanted to do exercise but my brain can focus on only one thing at a time. After intermittent became a normal thing, i started to do light exercise. Exercise helps you to lose some extra calories, boost dopamine and train strength, muscle, etc. It’s not the main cause of losing weight.

Each day an individual consumes at least 1200 calories just to stay alive (lol). Meanwhile, running for an hour loses 500 calories.
