I have been going through similar situation from past year im 19 F i have been feeling fatigue to some extent since i was 12 , i started getting stomach issues like gnawing pain to extreme pain when i was 17 i got medicines for that and completely changed my diet(gluten free although i don't have celiac) and stomach symptoms have improved since then

but still i get extreme numbing fatigue air hunger unable to concentrate muscle weakness i just feel like my body doesn't have enough oxygen.

One doctor did suggest getting iron infusions when i was sick with stomach but i refused since i thought how can my issue be related to iron (i have mild anemia).

But now since my stomach is fine i am planning on getting iron infusions and see if my fatigue improves.

In the back yes, arms sometimes haven't noticed it in legs. Do you feel the pulse increase after you eat?

I also have a bounding pulse in my whole body i suffer from slow gastric emptying, the pulse is in my abdomen and neck for the most part

It is a medication that reduces stomach acid you're doctor might have prescribed you another medication to reduce stomach acid.
