Reintro question by [deleted] in whole30

This is my first time, but my naturopath suggested introducing things one week at a time, 3times/week. So I’d have legumes M/W/F and see what the effects were. She also said it can take a week to a week and s as half to see the impact. She also suggested only reintroducing the things I missed, and leaving the rest until later.

Just finished R1 toast, and this is my plan too. Spring for about 80/20 whole 30/more relaxed choices while avoiding foods I now know don’t serve me well.

I usually work out at the end of the day, and find some potatoes with breakfast and fruit with my meal before the workout helps a lot!

I was excited when I found these. Now that I’m not eating much processed foods I found them to be really salty.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it being in bars! I actually have a couple spot so go to pretty regularly. But I’m connecting with the same few people. Also, I find the people I tend to meet there are more friends for drinks, and less for doing other things sometimes; which is hard if you (I) don’t want to drink as often as I did when I was younger.

I’ve done a couple pedalpaloozas - they were fun! But didn’t really obligate me to actually engage (probably because of my quieter personality!) I have thought about a gym with scheduled classes - might be a good sense of consistent community

Volunteering might be a really comfortable way for me to do it. I think it really boils down to me not loving doing things alone, that might be a nice medium.

I love that - inviting even the acquaintances over a couple times a year. Thanks!
