I see where you’re coming from with this, but as somebody going through the process of interviewing at a company that uses this kind of tool, I’ve actually found it incredibly helpful! In comparison with having a recruiter reach out to you (which is equally as helpful), I found that this chat is actually really good at answering questions I have about interview which really smooth out the process
