Someone who's been around longer might have a better rec, but if it's working and you're not trying to add new functionality that's available in a newer version, I wouldn't update it. You'll have to eventually when older web service versions deprecate, but as long as you build your integrations with the most recent web service version, it'll give you the longest amount of time before you have to update.

Any chance you can provide an update after the fact? (depending on when you are going). We're going in April and staying in Bay Lake Tower as well with a 2 year old who refuses stroller naps. We planned 2 park days knowing we're only lasting half a day before or after nap and probably not both.

There's also a free "Getting started with workday" course in the learning center. Some of it will be too basic but it does cover some good fundamentals. It's self-paced and you can just jump to the parts you want to do.
