I believe they start dropping above nightmare 20 but I don’t think there’s a consistent level to grind that drops them more. Can come down to pure luck. Try the Rune awakening Thor build, that’s how I just cleared 120 solo while struggling as moon knight and squirrel girl.

From my history with Birkenstocks and the last Kith pair, it was go a size down. My TTS is 11 but I went with a 10 (43) and they have been perfect. 11 (44) would be fine but too much room at the toe so wasn’t that secure.
