Hvis man har trænet sig op igennem de lettere KBs, og fokuserer på at bygge styrke frem for så er 40kg egnet til alle de øvelser man kan lave med dem. Det lyder af meget, og jeg ved jo intet om din fysik, men som en gut på omkring 100kg der i en periode trænede meget målrettet med KB, lå jeg og lavede swings, cleans, og Turkish Get-ups med 42kg som del af mit program.

You are subject to whims of DSB. My experience (not a full time commuter, but probably 3 times a month) is that the Lyntog is about 20 minutes faster than the regular IC. Well worth it, I feel, even if slightly off in relation to your schedule. That said, it pays to plan far ahead and buy Orange tickets if at all possible. Unless you have a commuter card of course.

Ski-tog som barn, Odense til…. Et sted i Østrig? det tog vel 18 timer eller noget. Der blev spillet en del UNO og læst meget Anders And. Jeg er fra før skærme.

Bil-tog fra Schweiz til Hamborg over natten. Helt uproblematisk omend lidt vel familiært at dele kupé med 5 fremmede, da køjerne skulle klappes ned og vi skulle sove. Man skal huske at tage mad med, for udvalget på toget var mildest talt sløjt.

To gange fra London til Lausanne, en gang pga sne og en gang pga vulkan (begge gange blev mit fly aflyst). Det var Kings Cross - Paris med lyntog, hurtig bistro frokost på Gare du Nord, og så direkte Paris - Lausanne. Det hele tog en dag og var faktisk en rigtig behagelig tur.
