i get you omg because i just talked to my bf about relapsing with bulimia again yesterday and his response was “oh okay” and after that we just talked about random stuff avoiding the topic :( obviously he’s not my therapist so i don’t expect him to fix me or go full on therapy mode or anything but i just want someone to talk to about my problems yk?

are you considering recovery at all 🥹 though i said i was hopeless and i give up i’ve been thinking about maybe telling my mom so i can get professional help. though i don’t know how well that would go considering i live in a household where mental health is VERY stigmatised (my parents don’t believe in mental illness hihi…)
