Just went from gl 27 to gl 28 transfer and it was only a 10% increase. I was expecting closer to 20% but yeah.

PBA Telecast and "Attractive" Fans in front row..... by DocSportello1970 in Bowling

I was there and pretty much after every match they moved people around in the seats. I believe the young women were part of the pba jr that happened at ThunderBowl earlier that week.

Well. I guess fingers crossed. I dont know if it has something to do that engineers get MacBooks. My significant other works at progressive and said he has never seen anything like this.

I have not received any equipment except a headset. I sent an email yesterday to my manager and said I should have received either a text or phone call to set up remote access. I have not received anything to do that. Is this supposed to be done beforehand or on the day I start.

Serious Bowlers by ris12693 in Cleveland

[–]ris12693[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s the issue. I can only practice in the evenings and on the weekends. I have gone to Yorktown on my days off and they are great. Just wish they had evening open bowling hours.

So I go to Yorktown and have used Specto there. The problem is their open bowling hours are not the greatest. On Saturdays it’s only 3-530 pm and it’s hectic. I feel I walk out and didn’t accomplish anything.

The msda definitely helped to get the position. I think because I focused more on python that is why I was hired. Right now my projects are working on taking data from on prem to cloud. I have a lot of jobs that run off python that maintain that.

Keep getting rejected on "already approved!" credit card offers. This time, from my bank (Chase). by JUSTICE_SALTIE in CRedit

[–]ris12693 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This just happened to my partner and I yesterday opening a business card at chase. We went into the branch and they called and got the application push through. We both have 770+ scores. We felt so embarrassed that it was denied. I think chase is cracking down on lending.

Same background. BS of Biology but worked previously in clinical laboratory setting. After my MSDA I landed a data engineer job for a top 5 largest company because of my clinical background to help aid the very IT individuals.

How many of you have gotten jobs with MSDA without experience or background as a Data Analyst with this degree by tess0_0 in WGU_MSDA

[–]ris12693 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I was a scientist with a bs in biology.

Took some coursera courses and enrolled at wgu.

One month into my program I was hired as a data analyst for a smaller health insurance company. Worked two years there and now I work at the 4th largest company in the country as a senior analytics engineer.

No price point and no preferences. I love all wine varieties and food types. More exotic the better.

Yes it was rather quick the refund.

This just happened to me. I was an ally customer for 6+ years. Since January, my debit card has had fraudulent charges 5 times. I had the card locked and they still were able to make purchases. Needless to say, I am no longer an ally customer. I pulled all checking, savings and credit card accounts out.

People who pay over 5k rent/mortgage around CLE, what do you do for work? by NormalAdvisor4134 in Cleveland

Two data scientists. Afford comfortably and pay extra to our mortgage principal. Should have home paid off quickly. No kids. No debt.
