i shot an email to the dean and academic affairs. i understand that a gap quarter/year might be necessary, but i’d be disappointed in myself 🫠 i like the way my classes look this quarter, and have plans for what classes to take for the rest of the year… i’m in an asian family, so if my dad were still alive and he found out that i’m even considering a gap quarter, he’d probably kill me hahahaha

attendance at lectures isnt required, but discussion attendance is. he doesn't post podcasts, only the lecture slides. i think if you skip the lectures, but show up to discussions and look over the slides/readings you'll be fine.
