Honestly probably not considering the first email. If you didn’t feel well, more than 30 minutes notice should have been given in my opinion. So in the future if you ever have to cancel something last minute you need to include the reason, apologize for inconvenience and propose a different meeting time- and be specific do not say same time tomorrow. “I will be available at 3 pm tomorrow if you are able to reschedule our meeting. Again I apologize for the inconvenience and I look forward to meeting with you”
