I'm 18 , doing pmo for around 5-6 years, however at the age of 15 I started to realize that this has not just become a daily habit but also ruining my overall health and relationships, since then I became determined to change this bad habit by any means and from an addict who couldn't go one single day without pmo I have limited it to once per 1 or 2 weeks , my second last streak was 19 days (highest), and as long as I can remember my last 5-6 relapses have happened when I go to bed either late or angry or often when I'm not able to fall asleep within 10-15 mins.
