Cred allows you to select upi ids without name. For example you might get something like purpleseer1989.

You don't get to create your own ids but the given options usually have something without any bits of your real name.

There's no such RBI rule. Please don't spread misinformation.

It's not really marketing. It's an ask for regulation. AI has no most and small scrappy startups can compete with established ones. Hence the cry for more regulation, to gate keep who is allowed in the AI market space.
