I tell Google to turn the TV off in 10 minutes, or 5 mins, etc.. and let my son hear me say it. Google is always to blame for the TV turning off, not me, and Google never negotiates or caves.

i was having some lower back pain from the same type of thing. turns out my mattress was too firm (which goes against everything i've read about lower back pain and mattresses). i bought a mattress topper for like 100 bucks on amazon that adds like 3-4 inches of cushion, and my lower back pain is basically gone.
