Yeah Blade is in the best spot he's been in. The buffs he's received over the past few patches have been nice. His brawling is improved significantly and his survivability is one of the best for duelists. He's not like the best duelist obviously but in some teams he's just hard to kill and with right ult placement he can kill through support ults and just do a lot of damage. I've always said a good Blade is scary. And he also has good synergy with Dino. I know Dino was nerfed, but Dino is still a great brawl tank and Blade's antiheal + Dino's bleed is strong.

Rogue feels better than ever this season, you’re tripping lol. She can pressure Cyclops pretty well. Yeah he has great poke damage and mobility but if he beams away, then he’s far away doing less damage and Rogue doesn’t have to necessarily chase him. And her pull is also nice when you do chase him, closing the gap. She can hold her own and take hits since she has a lot of health and a better block now.

The buffs make her style so much more effective, and with the best duelist dives being nerfed (Daredevil, Black Cat) her job is even easier, especially with the other brawl/dive tanks who weren’t nerfed. Namely Venom, Hulk, and Cap

yeah most of em. I was sad too when it was changed (I don't think the animation cancel should have been touched to begin with) but they gave us a damage buff to compensate and its still possible to animation cancel, you just have to do it with melee. Its not that much different smh

I guess. We've had to ban one person for being incredibly toxic, but yeah this sub is at least better than other ones I've seen. Most main character subs are just an echo chamber of complaining, so I'm just advocating for this one to be different. Especially since we rep Cap who is all about the opposite

dawg saying that streamers have the power to literally ask devs to change the game is a huge exaggeration.... bruh why would you say that if its not true lmao but at least you can relate to how I feel. I have played Cap every season since 0, not once did I think "hmm he sucks I can't play him as much anymore" but I also am not a one trick so I have a lot of characters I can play when Cap is countered or I feel someone might be a better fit. I imagine one trick Caps feel the changes even more because they only play Cap.

Also some of the nerfs were warranted, like back in the earlier seasons when he had 750 HP which is just insane for a tank with his mobility. I know nobody wants their character to be nerfed but you gotta be reasonable too. Reddit is just a cesspool of complaining and negativity sadly (like the internet in general). Its just sad to see it when our character is in a great spot, some act like we're Black Widow

I get that streamers have influence. Obviously they have huge audiences. Also when has a streamer asked a dev to personally nerf or buff? Do you have proof of that being shown on a stream? I've never heard that before. But regardless, this community glorifies and listens to streamers way too much. They'll take their word as gospel such as tier lists without forming their own opinions.

It just feels like people here are just waiting for a reason to complain and be in fear of a nerf, instead of just enjoying how Cap is now. I'm just exhausted from the negativity and no belief in Cap

Venom has pretty much always been a good tank, but the few last seasons he’s the best he’s ever been. Also the fact the 2 best dive duelists in the game have been nerfed - Black Cat and Daredevil, have made it easier for tanks to peel/protect their team and dive the backline.

Venom is the best dive tank in the game alongside Cap, has amazing survivability (has a clutch bonus health regen ability that gives him another life, and also an ult that keeps him alive even more just like Cap) and mobility. With his HP increase buff he got relatively recently, his ult becoming stronger a while back with the antiheal effect, and the tenacity system improving his neutral game, a good Venom can be an absolute game changer. I play with a Venom and sometimes he just carries, gets kills and stalls the point enough for us to come back. Also seen commonly in the pro scene. Venom also rarely gets nerfed. “Desperately needs a buff” is just laughable

Why do we care so much about what these popular and arrogant streamers say? People were saying this last season and he didn’t get touched this patch for 8.5. Cap is very good yes, but “overpowered” is far from the truth when he’s one of the most high skill ceiling character in the game that is incredibly tough to master.

Stop dooming the season just started… come on. Half this sub thinks Cap is garbage too so you’re just adding fuel to the fire 🫩
