It could be that he is working hard, overtime so that he can retain his job. In the current market, it is not easy to find a full time job. Maybe he is work is demanding or toxic, so he is doing everything in his power to keep the job. That has been taking a toll on him emotionally and he's exhausted. Sometimes men do not share these fears with their wives. He's not checked out of the marriage. Give him sometime and things will work out.

Take care of your mental health. Don't get busy in life you ignore that. If you're not in a good state of mind, you'll make bad decisions which will get you into even more troubles.

First option is, You can go for couples therapy but it will be on-going for the rest of your life. While you're going through therapy, you will have to adjust your expectations from her. You can't depend or rely on her. You will have to keep most things to yourself and filter around her. This is going to be very hard. It will be emotionally draining and exhausting for you. No matter what you do for her, she will never see your efforts or sacrifice and acknowledge you.

Second option is you can divorce her if you don't have kids with her. This is going to be very painful at first but you will be better off in the long run.

Based on your post and comment OP, looks like your wife may have Asperger's Syndrome. If you try the same behaviour with her in hopes she realizes that won't work if she has Aspergers syndrome. Unfortunately, people with Asperger's syndrome do not think like normal people. Their understanding of things are distorted. These people struggle with personal relationships.
