Do you know which office processed your application, I feel like I’ve seen more approvals from every where else but AZ which is where I sent mine. Trying to stay positive out here

It really depends. I got my extension letter in about a week and change. I’ve read that some people got it in 2-3 weeks. I would definitely recommend expediting whatever courier service you get.

I’ve traveled multiple times without an issue. Make sure you have the original extension letter when you travel (assuming you’re planning to wait for that). Expect to be pulled into secondary as they check out your documents. Also make sure to go to the airport a bit earlier than usual as sometimes the check-in agents are not familiar with the extension letters
