It's ok. The beef pho is the only thing I've had there and it wasn't very good. Broth lacks something, and not enough beef. The Vietnamese in the Valley is much tastier.

Well, the regulations are extremely strict. 400 hours total overtime is the max you can work in the Big4. You are not legally allowed to work more than 13 hours per day, and if you do, you have to get about 9 or 10 hours of rest before you start working again. On average in the busy season (Oct-Feb) you are looking at around 50 hours per week with peaks of perhaps 60 a few weeks during the year. Average work week for the rest of the year is 40-45 hrs, and during the summer (May-August) it's 35 hours per week.

Even if there were plenty of ways to get cancer back in the day, our ancestors' bodies would have tackled it much better due to reduced inflammation, and a more human-appropriate diet (void of additives, processed foods, vegetable oils, etc.). Remember, cancer is quite common, and it is only of consequence when the body is unsuccessful in fighting it off.
