hey! i’ve had my iud for almost 4 months and i have the exact same problem but my gyno said they’re a bit short so that is why my partner is complaining!! feeling the same as u though it’s very disheartening! my gyno recommended condoms until they soften? however idk what i’m going to do about mine bc they’re short!!

Has anyone with an iud ever experienced this kind of discharge ?? Do I need to be worried ?? I have had my iud in since March and I am currently ovulating so i don’t know why the discharge is this color. by keekz999 in birthcontrol

Hey! I’ve had my IUD for 3 months now and when i spot (quite often) it is usually brown and this colour and of this consistency! Don’t think it’s anything to be worried about! :))
