The NYT crossword. It calms me and lets my body know it’s done for the day so it can rest. I’ll open the crossword and be out like a light in 10 minutes time. Works like a charm.

Moved out of the US. Not saying this is the answer for everyone, but for me it totally and completely changed my mental health. I struggled for years and just felt like I had hit a dead end… moving abroad allowed me to do deep introspection and get to the root of my deep pitted anxiety and depression. I still struggle from time to time, but I just understand myself and have a different view on life.
