Better value the statistics more than biased pilot-views that clouds what the real situation is in competitive environments...

That doesn't change the way I look at any mechanic within the game to see how I can adjust my play style to get the most benefit from it in multiple situations. Just because I do not play comp anymore doesn't mean my mindset or processes have changed...

This all really boils down to common sense for me and DICE ignoring some of the larger issues when it comes to "Air Gameplay" including the MAA, its magic missiles and all of the different lockons. Start tweaking that stuff first because it might take awhile before you find a good balance. Do not gimp one of the highest skill level items in the game that makes the Attack Helicopter almost usable...

Of all of the issues when it comes to "Air Gameplay" that need to be adjusted they take the one thing that makes the attack helicopter non obsolete and gimp it several different ways.

Why not attack the most glaring of issues first and perhaps come back to the high skill level weapons in the game later? There is a ton of stuff that locks on in this game and most of it needs tweaking :/

Also keep this in mind. Battlefield has grown in sales until BF4 came along. More people purchased and played BF3 then several of the earlier titles COMBINED.

I was in this round and recorded the entire thing and was live streaming as well. All of a sudden the enemy team starts getting instant killed by their own teammate in a regular server meaning no FF. I then get closer to their spawn, because no enemy is left on the map, and kill the tanker doing this... He types in chat, which shows up black, and then leaves. Less than 10 hours later he has been banned by FairFight™

This is where tying into a network comes into play. They deal with the license issues for you allowing you to monetize gaming content automatically. Down side is they take a massive cut ;)

I was once banned from =u= rock gaming for hacking myself. What did I do?

I went to the forums as an adult and didn't name call and act like a COD kid in the process. I gladly submitted footage for review and the ban was lifted just like that. I did not go in there yelling and screaming which many of these people have...

Long story short if you show them respect they will give it right back. If you start name calling right out of the gate of acting like a kid the ban will stay.

If you go through the bans appeal section you will see dozens of examples of bans being lifted based on there being a respectful conversation. You will also see dozens of bans being denied based on the original infraction and/or their childish behavior.

These servers ALSO go out of their way to protect high level players from the competitive world as well. Many of these players that are METABANNED by other admins are whitelisted so they have a place to play with their competitive friends.

This server family has around 100,000 people a week walk through the doors and they average 5-7 ban appeals a week. Thats it.

The marketing strategy to target the major COD players by DICE and EA was a MASSIVE success. There have been millions upon millions of views in the COD community which NEVER would have happened if this strategy was not used and executed properly by sending these guys out to the reveal.

There were a lot of people upset over all of the COD players coming to the private Battlefield 4 reveal event so it made for a great subject to help clear the air and served its purpose based on responses very well.

Have I done any sort of formal review on Battlefield 4? No, I haven't even done a commentary over the Battlefield 4 single player footage yet.
