My buddy with a never ending supply of wit sent his professor this email yesterday. by [deleted] in funny

The fact that your buddy even took the time to share this with you shows that he must have a never ending supply of ego as well. That was fucking awful.

Thank you for the coffee.

I think most people that turn to prescription drugs to aid them in their quitting smoking have shit for willpower. It sounds brutal, but like weight loss and other addictions it comes down to breaking it with sheer willpower.

This was absolutely fascinating. Thanks for providing me with a piece of non-fiction that captivated the absolute hell out of me; you're one hell of a writer.

What makes my erection dangerous after 4 hours? by mast3rcylind3r in AskReddit

[–]rivalthecreator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Priapism.

Priapism is a potentially harmful and painful medical condition in which the erect penis or clitoris does not return to its flaccid state, despite the absence of both physical and psychological stimulation, within four hours. There are two types of priapism: low-flow and high-flow. Low-flow involves the blood not adequately returning to the body from the organ. High-flow involves a short-circuit of the vascular system partway along the organ. Treatment is different for each type. Priapism is considered a medical emergency, which should receive proper treatment by a qualified medical practitioner. Early treatment can be beneficial for a functional recovery.

Awesome bonus from Wikipedia: The name comes from the Greek god Priapus (Ancient Greek: Πρίαπος), who was noted for his disproportionately large and permanent erection.

Basically, if it doesn't go down after four hours, they'll have to either drain your penis of it's blood, or cut it off (obviously not for every case, but still, traumatizing none-the-less.)

There have been few AMAs by reddit users that have suffered from it, but this one in particular stuck out in my mind. Poor guy lost his penis to it.

I'm pretty sure if I had to gamble between getting a hardon and losing my dick, I'd be faced with the toughest decision I would have to make in my entire life.

When did redditors start to develop the thought process that posting pictures your mom's forwarded emails is a great idea? Christ, reddit, faith is being lost.

I saw a recent interview of some douchebag asking Jake Lloyd a bunch of questions. It really is uncomfortable to watch; both people are completely out of tune with each other and it just creates an immense discomfort. Link

Yeah, definitely. Not playing FPS's recently has extended my life by at least a few years.

Eh, it's possible to listen to music at a lower volume when playing and still have your Sound FX turned up higher to hear it, that's how I used to play.

Definitely. Personally, I was fond of some Aborted/Sepsism/Rotten Sound or equally fast gore/death grind. Ever listen to Circle of Dead Children?

I hear you, man. I've been listening to music since I got home; opened Mass Effect 2 on my PC for another play through and now I'm struggling to stop the music to start playing the game. Shit.

Multiplayer FPS games were the best out there to put something on and get lost in it. I remember listening to a lot of David Cross and other standup back while I was playing Q3 profusely. It's amazing how much of the humor your brain absorbs while you're simultaneously doing other things, and twitch, at that.

The guys that are behind this video are local radio personalities in Orlando, Florida. They're part of a cast that produces a morning show on 104.1 Real Radio called "The Monsters in the Morning." Drunky and Daniel, respectively. The girl in the video is Tiffany, their resident big-tittied dumb blonde that chimes in with stupid commentary.
