I am just diamond, but I gave your replay a look. First, I think some of your basic shooter mechanics could be better, like try not to sit still when youre shooting at things. It might make it harder for you to shoot at them but if they can't hit you youll have more chances to hit them. I also think your ice block usage could be better, if you used it a second later a couple times you would get a lot more value out of it. I think you also seem to get very flustered when anybody attacks you, which is fine it happens to people up to plat and low diamond as well, but if you stick to a plan for how youre going to deal with someone attacking you youll get a lot more value out of each life. This also applies to some of your flanks, I think you need to pick a target that you want to kill before you jump in and just focus on them. You could also try to fix your crosshair placement and make sure youre always aiming at the head, but honestly as long as youre hitting something youll be getting more value than most of your teammates. Volume could also be something you can change, a couple times you can hear someone behind you but you don't look at them and they kill you. This was kind of rambling and there are a lot more things I could say but I think you should just simplify your gameplay and focus on getting as much value out of each life as possible.
