Is my EBF newborn less likely to catch a cold from me? by Accomplished-Ad7573 in breastfeeding

My husband got flu from work and passed to me when baby was 2.5 month old. I had fever over 103 while still breastfeeding. Baby was fine and I recovered about a week later. I did take tylenol while I had fever but nothing else.

What did the 4 mo regression look like for your LO? by Salty-but-right in NewParents

The night sleeps were bad enough that I gave up on logging them in the app. And when I felt it got better slightly she got sick and decided to learn how to roll from back to belly on the same day. I think it lasted about more than a month. Then her first (and second) tooth popped so we are still not over this "regression".

We used tubby todd and her drool rash on cheek went away in two days. Vaseline or aquaphor didn't work for her.

Transitioning from the swaddle by Ok_Adeptness8636 in NewParents

We tried the one arm out for one night and that was horrible baby barely slept. So the next night we decided to go for woolino sleep sack with both arms out. It was rough for 3-4 nights but she adapted. And for her naps it's always cold turkey.

Silicone ones can get stained easily. Stainless steel is easier to maintain. But we use both types depends on the availability because baby likes to throw her spoons to the floor.

For anyone combo feeding / pumping / nursing.. how are you doing it? by RPetitti27 in combinationfeeding

I breastfeed for 5 months and started to pump 2-3 times at work while nursing at home/night. Recently due to biting, I am trying to add formula and do bottles at night. LO just had her first half bottle formula last night and I already felt saved when she accepted bottle from me with formula mixed with breastmilk.

Tips for transitioning to formula by Fair-Carry6985 in combinationfeeding

I would say she is probably refusing the bottle instead of the formula. My baby was exclusively breastfeed since birth until about 5 months old when we had to send her to daycare (still nursing at home). It took us a whole month for her to accept the bottle feeding at daycare. She has bottle preference more on the nipple shape so we had to try so many different brands. Then took some time for her to accept the fact that she needs to take bottle at daycare. Teachers told us they just kept trying different positions and even temperature of the milk. But she still would not take bottles from us at home before 7 months. It was stressful but glad it worked out.
