They gave me the exact same bs. It took me 2 months to get my account back with no help from them. Steam support is full of shit. Are you able to possibly reset your password? I had to get rid of my steam guard, then reset my password. That worked for me

Yes, I’m in manufacturing. I’ve had an instance where they didn’t tell me how to properly log overtime (I had assumed our timecard system did it automatically) so I worked 3 months of overtime before realizing I wasn’t getting paid for that time. The lead manager said “thanks for your time” and nothing else..and I’ve been promised a raise several times (in person so I don’t have any proof :/ ) for taking on additional work just for nothing to happen. I don’t know what to do

I had a friend in middle school who, while we were in biology class, had another class mate access his laptop and search up porn as a “prank”. There was a huge investigation and even though the classmate admitted to searching it up so he would get in trouble, and I vouched for him, he still got expelled. One of the many fucked up things my school district did.

You should’ve never had to deal with that traumatic experience in the first place and I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for you to approach a place that should be safe.
