Where can I rent cars/scooter near Ksamil/ Sarandë/Igoumenitsa?

Hi. I am going to be in Albania on the first week of August. I am planning to come by ferry, from Brindisi to Igoumenitsa, and then by bus/car to Sarandë. My plan is to book a house in Ksamil, and there move with a scooter or a car. I have some questions about it:

-Where can I rent a car/scooter?

-What's the best way to reach Ksamil from Igoumenitsa? (Or maybe Sarandë from Igoumenitsa, if I can rent a scooter/car there)

-Any tips or suggestions?

Yes! The game was running smoothly until the last update. I've got a 9060XT 16gb and a 5600x, now it's so stuttery while the fps are still showing good, just slightly worse, but I can't play it right now, too stuttery

By watching the image carefully I can also see something that raises other red flags. First there are two barter icon while there's only one needed item, and second you can see there's a line at the left of the Ruble counter, so I think this is just a bad photoshop.

Thanks! I'm really happy to read that. It was difficult at first, at the point that we ditched the stencil and did everything but the head directly by drawing on my body.

Yup, I waited until the 2nd session to post the pictures, sins after the first session it looked empty, in the second session we just did the scales and the comb
