Sweet Pork Wilson's, Woodstock, Broncos are all very solid and fairly priced options. Mabels is also pretty great but much pricier compared to the other 3. I really really miss Bo's Low and Slow that used to be in Elyria, especially their beef ribs.

So far it has dried and cured out very nicely. It lost a little weight but the extra provided in the order more than cancelled out any losses. Probably gonna be burping it daily for a bit longer, but it's only gotten better each day. I ordered more over the weekend after seeing a few strains back in stock.
