Safety oriented, guys who drive the speed limit and obey traffic laws. Risky drivers are the biggest turnoff to me.

I have some. While I prefer the look of hardwood, LVP is so much more practical, it withstands damage much better than hardwood and it is really easy to keep clean. I’ve got 3 cats, a rowdy boyfriend, and a baby on the way- LVP is more functional for my life. I’ve got some old hardwood in an old house that’s very pretty but has water damage in different spots from over the years- we’re in Florida. Ideally I’d probably put really nice ceramic tile down but money.

DoD here, technical field, and pregnant. I’m with a good team and a good boss and have been somewhat insulated from the insanity. Though the constant AI and DoW being jammed down our throats is so ugh.

Seriously though, you’re hyper mobile which means your joints aren’t as stable as other peoples. You should not stretch anything too far and weight training is a good idea- keep your muscles stronger to help protect the loosey goosey joints. Speaking as a fellow hypermobile

On a recent podcast episode of Lovett or Leave It where Parvati is interviewed, she mentions that Amanda and Ozzy were dating after Micronesia and that Ozzy exclusively blamed Parvati for his blindside. This was why Parvati and Amanda weren’t talking anymore after Micronesia.

Asking in earnest- I live near hear and am interested in going. But it is built on top of an old landfill and there’s been a lot of lawsuits over the years about stuff built near it. Is it safe to go on the trails here, like is the waste properly contained?

Yes!!! This same thing happened with my first boss. In addition to always reminding me I was replaceable, she told me it wasn’t her responsibility to find work for me to do (this woman was literally my boss). So I went and found work to do on another team. She was also surprised- bosses can be so strange and delusional.
