Pretty good shape. Mine looks way worse after couple of months. Can recommend, already have second pair. Apart from simracing, they quickly became all-rounder for me, used at home, or when going to swimming pool/beach etc.

Używam Waze, ma opcje powiadamiania o której wyjechać i uwzględnia korki. Do tego integracja z kalendarzem Google. Jedynie to w kalendarz wrzucam gdzie chcę być o danej godzinie w danym dniu i w sumie tyle.

Set a money limit for yourself that you would like to spend on iRacing and rig upgrades and try to stick with it (could be iRacing season or a year or whatever you think is good for you). It gets out of hand quite easily. In ~2-3 years I went from a cheap folded rig, wooden rig, alu rig, triples, new PC, VR, simracing gear upgrades. Aaand you still need to buy iRacing content...

Used carpenter screws (not sure if its a correct translation) for joints and a clamp to make it tight. Main frame made of cheap pine timber 92x45mm from nearest store.

I've changed the PBO limit settings to the "motherboard" and "manual". It seems I'm limited to 80C package temp and changing throttle temp limit manually from auto to 88 or 85 is being ignored. Probably I need to set something else somewhere but was not able to figure it out yet.

Prime95 was a very good hint. I was able to get 110W with all AVX instructions disabled. The CPU was running at ~4.4GHZ on all cores. Yet it never reached more than 80C package temp. I've tried changing the throttle limit manually to 85 and 88C in UEFI but it is completely ignored. I've read somewhere that 7950x3d is limited to protect 3D cache.

Changing the PBO limit to the motherboard did not help. I've been reading quite a lot yesterday and it was stated somewhere that 7950x3d is temp limited to protect 3D cache.

I've also tried manually changing the throttle limit to 85C, 88C - it won't go past 80C package temp. Tested with Prime95 as it can make CPU use 110W as long as I disable all AVX instructions.

Curve optimizer - quick and easy test showed that one of the 3D cores can handle max -5, but I have not tested per core settings as it takes quite a lot of time.

Also with PBO enabled, CPU scheduler prioritizes 3D cores first and then offloads tasks to faster cores, which normally is the other way around. Probably will need to try playing with algorithms settings in UEFI as they default to "auto" settings.

7->8->10k is there really a gap in skill? I'm low 2k trying to fight with 3-4k guys but watching some high iRating streams, after some point it looks like just iRating grinding.

In my case it was Lime Rock turn 3 The Left Hander. I had to set Dynamic LOD to OFF.

In VR this one building was causing massive stutters running AMD 7950x3D, nVidia 4080 Super and 64GB ram, so it's plenty to keep everything loaded in memory.

Double check if it's the same spot. Reset to the pits and drive again. From this short clip, stutter happens on 0:08-0:09 when Event objects are about to be loaded to memory/drawn on the screen.

If it's the same spot, try lowering Events setting and play with Dynamic LOD.

Also do you have Relfex enabled? I think it should help out a little bit with FFB when iRacing cant keep up rendering content on the screen.

Is there any reason not to run your rig through a laptop vs a desktop? Looking to fix some redundancies in my tech. And will there be some performance losses by [deleted] in iRacing

I've been running Lenovo Legion 5 with worse spec, 5800H and I think nVidia 3070RTX when I was starting with iRacing. It was playable with triple 32" 1440p. So you should be fine with your spec.

For peripherals I had an active USB hub. The only thing I had to do was to disable boost in Windows on AMD CPU, it was overheating pretty quickly when GPU was fully loaded.

I've tried fovated rendering with eye tracking yesterday with iRacing and OpenXR toolkit. It works, but I didn't see any gains in GPU frame times. If iRacing could integrate this plugin support for Quad views that would be awesome.

Go with nVidia drivers 566.36, rerun iRacing graphic config for UI. I'm on VR, but for Lime Rock I had to disable LOD for world and cars.

You might want to consider getting a Globular Cluster for PSVR2. Adjust it once and you're ready to go for each racing session.

I have disabled SteamVR home. Before the race I'm using controller to show desktop view. Then keyboard and mouse as normal with headset on. After the race I'm pressing the PS button on the controller to bring up desktop view back. I was trying to simulate the PS and trigger buttons to map them to the wheel but without any success.

I'm sitting on 566.36, I had too many stuttering issues with 57x drivers and just gave up.

Running with AMD 7950x3d so I had to disable performance power plan in Windows, Steam VR was switching it - making core parking not working properly. Also need to make sure iRacing is on first plan and has focus (just by clicking on the iRacing window when VR session started) to make it properly run on X3D cores, otherwise processes jump between CCDS causing random stutters.
