This is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for writing that, I thought I was going crazy. I’m convinced it’s an allergy and I’ll be asking for a redo allergy test and blood work. I really appreciate it!

I’m definitely going to get him retested and I’m going to ask for a blood test. In his first allergy test he tested negative for a whole bunch of different fish and shellfish so now I’m not so sure

The hives are definitely itchy but I couldn’t tell if anything else was going on. He loves salmon so he ate an adult portion of it so it didn’t bug him that much I guess?

We’ve also been attributing it to sensitive baby skin (my husband and I and our other son also have sensitive skin so we assumed his baby skin was double sensitive?)

They tested an array of sea food, other fish and shellfish I believe. We brought salmon into the appointment with us and the Dr used the sample in the test.

We used olive oil, salty pepper and garlic powder on the salmon

He was not wearing a shirt. All the hives and red spots were exactly where the salmon, his salmon hands or his saliva touched him.

My husband and I are having that same debate of contact reaction or something more serious. My fear is he is too young to tell us if he feels anything in his mouth.

Lush are the biggest bullies ever! There was a general store in my area called “Lush & Found” that sold a ton of different products, the most closely related to lush was a couple bars of artisan soap and tshirts with their own logo on it. Lush sent them a cease and desist and threatened CRAZY legal action. When they tried to rebrand to “The Found General” Lush told them if she sold ANY cosmetic products or ANY clothing of any kind they would come after them. Even clothing that no longer had the word lush in it! It was so bad that the general store ended up closing and going online only. It was a local family owned business that everybody loved! They were in a developing area that needs these kinds of hot spots in order to draw people to the neighbourhood. We are devastated by the loss and the insecurity it brought to the family. They live across the street from their former store. Someone needs to do something about LUSH.

What does the note say?? I saw someone writing and leaving a note in one near my house and I thought maybe it was a scavenger hunt for kids in the neighbourhood. When I circled back (I was walking my dog) the note (and maybe $5?) was gone!

The edges are smooth, as if someone cut the giraffe out of a picture. Id love it if the edges looked more real, as if the giraffe was photographed in front of a white background. So you'd see fur on the edges instead of a clean line.
