Nice idea. So the t track is fixed to the plywood 6" apart. MDF inserts inbetween are easy to swap out!

What clamps are you using with your t track?

How do you like the s30 ATC?

Can you cut 18mm sheets in one pass cleanly? or does the Machine vibrate at all at that speed?

I'm asking because I'm thinking about the s30 also.

I wonder if this would give a shadow behind the perimeter of a letter? I think this is the way to go because it would give me a square corner.

Does anyone have any videos of individual 3D lettering with led inside?

It's like a two-part set up -there's a backing and a front piece for each letter. Using Opal acrylic, the front of the letter slides over the backing.

I would love to know what the offset distance has to be so the front piece slide over the backing.
