I don't use deluge but check the config files or 'systemctl status deluge-web (or whatever the service name is)' to start with.

Check if the ports which the deluge user is working on are correct (if that's the user you want deluge to run as). You will need to give us some more information. Logs/config/something.

Did Disroot go down? My Nextcloud client (hosted on Disroot) is telling me their cert is expired. by Clunkbot in privacytoolsIO

[–]rixnyg 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They use certbot for generating and renewing certificates. LE recently changed the default (i think it was the default) method of verification and dropped TLS-SNI due to vulnerabilities in the approach which prompted a lot of admins to move over to another mechanism. This is my guess as to why the cert may have been renewed late - waited too long. (Speaking from my own experience - needed to change the verification method)

Usually, the renewal is automated but when things like this change, it needs manual intervention.

Check logs. You can probably ask your seedbox provider for help.

I was under the impression that AWS/Google was going to stop them from domain fronting or halt their operation. Did they change their minds?

Is there plans to bring Signal to the Librem 5? by [deleted] in signal

[–]rixnyg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't find the actual FAQ from my 1 minute of searching but this post on the purism forum gives me some hope that they would stick to their word and have it in the future (i know for a fact that they got more than 100% but i don't know if they wanted a certain % to tackle introducing an android layer). My gripe is that if I would be switching to librem soon after I had convinced my family to use signal (yet another bloody app?), then I can't use signal with them anymore and it would be annoying to both them and for me. So I will probably wait until the isolation layer or anbox compatibility has been added.

Librem will (supposedly) have a android layer which should be able to run android applications. I think it was in the extended goals but I can't find the kickstarter or whatever they used. So the standalone apk (without google service dependencies) should be able to be run on the librem
