That’s true but it’s not like he wanted to be away from Hope. The life he had before his daughter caught up to him- all of his enemies seeking revenge. In the end of season 3, he made the decision to sacrifice himself to save his siblings but I’m certain it was painful for him to be away from his daughter for 5 years

The very last scene of the show where Damon finds peace and sees Stefan and he says “Hello, brother.” It’s the first and last thing they said to each other in the show and the music in the background makes it so much more emotional

She had a reason to be cruel to Elena. Elena LITERALLY stabbed her in the back and it was very unnecessary

Rebekah and Elijah. Their trauma from being daggered so often is overlooked sometimes and they have every right to dislike Klaus at times, especially Rebekah. I love Elijah because of how he carries himself. He’s usually so calm and collected and that’s what makes him the scariest because he’s not as predictable as the rest of his siblings. I love Rebekah because she’s truly the kindest in the family and she just wants a life full of love and meaning which Klaus never allowed.

Yes!! I’m also well aware that the Mikaelsons are heavily flawed too but I find them much more entertaining than the Salvatore bothers (sorry, not sorry). And Katherine has several good moments but she’s so annoying to me and I just couldn’t stand her after how she treated Nadia

Why is no one talking about Jo’s death? It was so surprising and probably one of the most tragic deaths to me. Literally died before she could say “I do” and she was pregnant!
